If your firm is Manufacturer, Processor, Distributor, or Supplier of Food or Food Products including Vitamins, Herbs, or Dietary Supplements and you are located outside the United States:

United States anti-terrorist laws now require you to have a registered U.S. Agent in order to export any food items into the U.S.  This includes vitamins, herbs, and dietary supplement raw material and finished goods.  All food suppliers must register before December 12, 2003, and provide advance notices of shipments into the U.S.  Our firm provides agent services for food suppliers world wide.  We have the experience and technical expertise to ensure that your products will flow smoothly through the U.S. import control system.  Our agent services are also available for human and animal drug manufacturers, biologic manufacturers, and medical device manufacturers.
