- Built and manage a quality control department and chemistry laboratory, including hiring of all employees.

-Advise and assist all department heads and senior managers of the company regarding manufacturing operations,

quality control, sales, marketing, product research and development, computer operations, and finance.

- Expert technical advisor in corporate litigation matters.

President -- Manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and cosmetics.

- Hands-on involvement in formulation, research and development, regulatory affairs, and oversight function for manufacturing and operating procedures. Author of two approved Abbreviated New Drug Applications (ANDA's).

Vice - President, Sales and Marketing -- Distributor of pharmaceuticals and vitamins to government agencies.

- Took a startup company doing $20,000 per year in 1976 to a peak of over 20 million dollars a year with less than 40 employees. Implemented creative, innovative electronic commerce, catalogs, direct mail and phone sales.

- Received and administered several hundred Defense and other government agency contracts for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. Exclusive agent to government facilities for several large pharmaceutical manufacturers.
